Emergencies are handled as a priority and all other requests will be completed as quickly as possible. Some repairs may require a vendor or parts to be ordered and will be completed as quickly as possible.
No, as long as you check the box that states " Okay to Enter" when submitting a work order, you do not need to be present.
You can call the emergency maintenance line at 843-779-6446 and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance. Leave your apartment number, name, and phone number. Please have your ID to show maintenance when they arrive and be advised that there will be a $75.00 lock-out charge added to your account.
Yes, however, if you paint any walls you must paint the walls back to move in color. If you hang pictures, you could be charged if you leave a hole to be patched or repaired. You can hang window treatments but leave blinds on.

We offer an Amazon Locker HUB, a pool (heated in the off-season), a dog park, 24-hour access to an on-site laundry center, and a fitness & yoga center. We also have a media center, a coffee bar, on-site management & maintenance, property cameras, elevators, upgraded stainless & black appliances, and an online resident portal to submit work orders and make rental payments.
Yes, we have off-street parking and also have optional reserved parking.
We do not have washer and dryer hookups. We do have an on-site laundry center available 24 hours a day.
Yes, our community is pet-friendly!
We have a one-time $400.00 nonrefundable Pet Fee for up to 2 pets and a $50.00 pet rent fee per pet for up to 2 pets.
Yes, we do have breed restrictions. Please see the pet policy for more information.
Yes, we do have an on-site pet park.
Standard appliances include a refrigerator with a top freezer, a flat-top stove, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Yes, at move-in we offer 3-4 months, 5-7 months & 8-11 months, however, there are short-term lease fees depending on the lease term you choose.
Yes, we offer corporate leases.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any deliveries; however, we do have HUB Lockers and access is 24 hours.
The fitness center is open 24/7.
Our fitness center includes treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, weight machines, and free weights along with yoga and stretching equipment.
Yes, quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. There are no fees for using communal spaces.

As long as the application is filled out correctly and we have all the documents we need, typically it can be screened immediately and results may take up to 24 hours.
It will depend on what day you move in. You will pay your security deposit, prorated rent, and all other fees such as packager locker & liability insurance. If you have a pet or reserved parking, you will pay those prorated fees as well. If you move in after the 20th of the month, you will pay the current month's prorated rent and fees along with the following month's rent & fees.
You can use the resident portal to set up auto-pay, or a one-time payment. You can also bring a personal check, cashier's check, money order, or bring your credit /debit card to the leasing office. You can also call the leasing office and we can accept a credit or debit card payment over the phone. All payments other than personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders are subject to being charged a service fee.

We currently have monthly fees for HUB Lockers and Renter's Liability Insurance. There are other monthly fees such as pet fees and reserved parking fees if you opt to have these.
Yes, renter's insurance is required.
There are no utilities included in the monthly rent.
Your electric service is with Palmetto Electric so you will call them before moving in and establishing service in your name on the day you move in. You will be billed monthly from ConService which will show your water, sewer, trash fee, and pest control service to pay with your next month's rent.
Hargray is the recommended vendor.
Yes, if the applicant mentions your name on the application and they get approved, you will get a $200.00 credit on your account after they pay their 1st full month's rent and have no outstanding balance with us.
You are responsible for your guests and they must follow the rules and regulations of your lease.
No, we do not offer that at this time.
No, we do not allow subletting of any kind.
You will need to provide us a full 30-day Notice to Vacate, pay all rent and fees due through that 30-day notice, and pay a break lease fee which is 1.5 times your monthly rent.
